The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive adoption, expansion, and retention within AutoTime’s existing customer base. Your goal: maximize customer value, uncover growth opportunities, and build trusted executive relationships that secure long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

 Drive Expansion: Identify and close opportunities for license growth, renewal upgrades, professional services, pricing adjustments, and cross-site deployments within current accounts.

 Maximize Usage: Analyze product usage data to improve customer adoption and ROI.

 Engage Executives: Build and maintain relationships at the executive level to influence strategic initiatives and secure account health.

 Pipeline Management: Maintain a clear, accurate view of sales opportunities and customer needs across accounts.

 Partner Enablement: Collaborate with channel partners to identify and close new revenue opportunities.

Who You Are

 Hold a four-year college degree.

 Have 3–7 years of experience in customer sales or relationship management.

 Results-oriented and proactive in uncovering growth opportunities.

 Clear communicator with strong executive presence and negotiation skills.

 Highly organized and capable of managing complex contractual and relationship dynamics.

 Trusted advisor who builds long-term relationships with customers and internal teams.
