Our OVP program is a unique blend of experiences and will require working through a varied mix of challenges across sales, operations, HR, finance, M&A, technology, among others. Each OVP will be paired with a seasoned operating partner or portfolio CEO and have direct interaction with the needle moving financial and operational elements of a Solen operating company. Our hope for an Operating Vice President is a trajectory bending experience in personal and career development.

Requirements

  • MBA degree or equivalent experience
  • Resilience and the ability to overcome obstacles that may constantly be thrown at OVPs
  • Adaptability and willingness to wear any of the many hats needed for the business
  • Leadership capabilities to unite and inspire the teams that OVPs will lead and work with
  • Commitment to each rotation tenure of 1-2 years
