About the role:

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Solen Software Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our HR strategy to align with the overall business goals. Your primary responsibilities will include leading HR integrations during acquisitions and driving HR initiatives across various regions. You’ll collaborate with regional HR teams and senior management to optimize global HR practices and navigate complex international landscapes.

The successful candidate will work from our HQ in Utah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Solen HR strategy, aligning with business objectives and driving cultural alignment across regions.
  • Oversee the implementation and standardization of HR policies, processes, and programs globally.
  • Provide strategic guidance to regional HR teams, ensuring consistent HR practices and compliance across multiple countries and regions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals, foster employee engagement
  • Lead HR integrations during acquisitions, directly handling HR due diligence, HRIS integration, staffing transitions, employee file transfers, change management, and the full onboarding process for new employees.
  • Assist in developing a positive work culture that embraces the Solen HQ core tenants while also enabling the core values of each individual Solen company.
  • Manage all internal HR-related matters for operating groups, ensuring alignment with global and local policies.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand operational needs and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business and group goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leaders on topics such as workforce planning, employee development, and organizational change management.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and improve the overall employee experience.
  • Drive change management efforts during acquisitions or organizational restructuring, ensuring seamless transitions for all impacted teams.
  • Manage high-level employment issues and investigations, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Maintain and manage the employee database, regularly preparing and analyzing HR reports for decision-making.
  • Draft and issue employment offers, contracts, and documentation related to staffing changes and movements.
  • Represent HR as a key business partner in operations and finance meetings, presenting HR initiatives.
  • Manage employee development plans, talent management, and performance evaluation processes to foster growth and enhance overall team effectiveness.
  • Manage employee eNPS surveys and feedback on quarterly basis.
  • Provide coaching and support to business managers on effective employee management and leadership best practices.

Key qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, Global HR or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and programs across different jurisdictions
  • Deep understanding of legal standards and HR practices, including conflict management and investigations.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and conflicting opinions in order to facilitate the best decisions for employees and the business in an environment of ambiguity and rapid change
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at various levels.
  • Self-starter, able to work both independently as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive initiatives
  • Experience in integration and change management during acquisitions or organizational restructuring will be an asset.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and employee data management, with the ability to leverage analytics to inform HR strategy.
  • Talent management and organizational development skills, with a talent for coaching and supporting leaders.
